just seen a video elsewhere of a HF 459 and the universal motorcycle muffler used by Red Beard and sold on E Bay. Really sounds good. As I have said before IF something happened to my Hushpower that is what I would use.

Do you have a link to the muffler Red Beard uses or a brand name? Thanks

Thanks I found it now for a dumb question the header on my 420 in 1 inch. How are people adapting this to fit? It says it’s 1.5 inch?

It is supposed to have an adapter for smaller pipe. I don't have one I can't say for sure BUT also on E BAY the is a 1.5 to 1 " exhaust adapter. I did use one from there to adapt the early HD cart's muffler to the later HD cart's header. There is a nice video on the Facebook cart area that Justin Willis built.
