Johnnie I am sharing with you the test results you ask for and what Alltrax ask for.
These reading are at the motor and full throttle
S1 to S2 in F .01V
S1 to S2 in R .239V
A1 to A2 in F 10V
A1 to A2 in R 41V
Alltrax ???
Pack Voltage 50.2V
B- to M- at controller and full throttle
F 36.0V
R 0.27V
Does the green light come on when in R- Yes
When I look at the files I do not see Batt current ot Motor current but the readings on the screen look out of whack to me?
Batt current at full throttle in R 32.6A F 170A
Motor current at full throttle R 60.6A F 470A

Thanks for the HELP! I will be leaving tomorrow night for Deer Hunting so it will a few days before I respond back to you.

Looks like the zipped files contained a shortcut to a file rather than the desired .csv file.

The logs don’t show any info until almost the very bottom, and in forward you’re getting 100% throttle but the motor is only passing 15v which is why you’re drawing 450 amps the entire time. For the controller to see full throttle but not be able to bring the motor to full rotation it’s typically a motor fault. Going by the voltages though it appears to allow full voltage through when you’re in reverse. Now a motor can’t fail in just one direction, and the only thing in the system that changes between forward and reverse is your Forward Reverse Switch. So logically that has to be the problem.

This is the response from Alltrax

So I have replaced the Rev Contactor with a new one and have the same results. i did NOT replace the switch. Seemed to be ok,Pack voltage coming in and 1.06V I think going out in F and R. Is it possible that the switch is shorting out when go Forward?

The F/R switch that feeds the reversing contactor coils should have battery pack voltage (About 51V) going in and coming out.

Fix that issue and you've solved you're problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I disassembled the Rev Contactor wires and switch, cleaned and checked all the wires and the switch, assembled and retest. Had pack voltage through the switch to the contactor, same result. Is it strange that the controller is not flashing ang codes? I am to the point of taking all the new parts of the cart and junking it. I guess I am not smart enough to figure this one out and it is mine

This statement is confusing? Explain in detail what you meant.....this may be a clue to your problem source.

i started with replacing the Controller with a new SR48400. The cart will go in reverse but in forward the tires only shudder and the cart is on jack stands. With Johnnie and Scotty's help I have went through all kinds of test but have not found the problem. If I swap S1 and S wires ate the Rev Contactor the cart goes forward but shudders in reverse. So I replaced the Contactor with SW202 and still have the same results.

Are the wires that go from SW202 to the motor the original wires (1999)? Seems strange that your shuttering follows that wire. Have you tried new wires, they are cheap. You can't always see corrosion inside the wire. Here is a good place to get:
