Default 2012 Club Car Precedent

Hey guys I just bought a 2012 Club Car Precedent. Serial#PD12XXXX... so it’s got the excel system. I’ve read extensively on BGW but can’t seem to figure out my best options. Everything is stock and i think I’m on speed code 3. I don’t want to spend thousand on upgrades, but.... I’m going to do a 6” all sports lift with 23” all terrain tires and I’d like to see 20+mph. 25+ if I can get it. So here’s a few questions:

1. How many amps will my stock controller get on speed code 4?
2. Will my excel controller allow SC4? Or SC5 for that matter?
3. I’ve heard I can replace my wire harness with iq wire harness, then get iq controller. The motor is the same between excel and iq: then could I put on speed magnets? Or should I just get the Alltrax 300 or 400 and use the stock motor
4. What speed will 23” tires, Alltrax 400, and PQ Bandit motor get me?
5. I’ve heard Plum Quick is junk and poor quality. Other options for a cheap rewired motor?

I’m going to build my own 2gauge cables

If your 2012 reacts the same way my 2017 did, an Alltrax 300 will take your speed from 17-25mph on 23” tires and the stock motor.

About a $500 upgrade.

My Cart w/SC4 runs a solid 23MPH on the flat, 2 adults,
w/hi30s miles range at the Beach at 20+MPH.
