Motor mount rubbers
The rubber isolators are shot, the inner sleeves are cut through as well as half the bolt and the holes in the plate are even damaged a little.
I see new ones available at golf carts direct at 8.99 each x 8! and that doesn't include the bolts or sleeves. Anyone ever improvised with something else? What about bolting it with some rigid spacers? |

Re: Motor mount rubbers
I don't think i paid that at the dealer for mine with new hardware. can't remember price but it wasn't that bad. i replaced them on my 89 engine pan when i installed the big block
cough choke they are only 2.99 each for the blue pcs at another large golf cart web site. don't forget the carage bolts are grade 5 and the sleeves should be able to be gotten from any hardware store. tom at cpp told me i could eliminate them if i wanted too... |
