Re: Grantspec’s Yamaha G9 Rebuild
Love it when we can actually make use of our carts. Nicely done!

The front I used the OEM aluminum hoop. I had an inch cut out of it and welded back together and I made some flat brackets to attach it to the aluminum extrusion in the roof. |

Re: Grantspec’s Yamaha G9 Rebuild
Anybody have these two pieces for the front bumper of a g2 or g9 laying around in decent shape that they would like to sell to me?
They don’t seem to be readily available anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Grantspec’s Yamaha G9 Rebuild
Thank you! I love this cart. It never skips a beat. Quiet, smooth running and fast! I like to look at the pics of when I bought it to see how far its come.
My only wish is that it was a 6 seater! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Grantspec’s Yamaha G9 Rebuild
Great looking G9 build, I just picked one up late last year and after piecing it back together from all of the loose parts I've been driving it around the neighborhood with the wife and dog and loving it. My wife saw the pictures of yours in this thread and told me to make ours look like that so that's all the approval I need.
If you posted it I apologize but what is that blue? Given that its a Yamaha I was planning on re-spraying mine in their cobalt blue (taken from their bikes) and maybe get fancy with the white speed blocks. |
