All. Sorry for the delay. Since my post I accidently left the charger plugged in and went to work. (13+hours) Then I was so beat I came home and fell asleep. Completely forgot about checking the cart! Once I woke up it dawned on me and I ran out to find the charger shut off and pack voltage 53.##. Don't know if I just didn't leave it on long enough or what but it has been charging perfectly fine now and not charging nearly as long. No more boiling and everything appears good.
