Bad voltage reducer question on TXT Elite
Couple questions. Recently got a used TXT Elite, and had a number of accessories added (Lights, and a Bazooka Party Bar G2). All accessories stopped working, but the cart moves. Pretty sure its the voltage reducer, as power is flowing to it, but not out of it. Current one I believe is a DPI 30A one, pic attached.
Questions: Voltage reducer recomendations? Was looking at this one: https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Chaser-Re...ct_top?ie=UTF8 I also wanted to check to see if the current one was wired correctly. Not worried about the 48V or 12V connections, but the trigger wire to the solenoid I had no idea about. Read another post that made me think it might not be right. Pic attached, but it appears to be connected to the small nut(its the grey/red wire going to the small nut on the right. |

Re: Bad voltage reducer question on TXT Elite
Are you sure that red/grey is coming from the reducer?
I see, white, blue, yellow, black and orange. Were the accessories only working when the cart is being driven? Maybe somebody who knows more about these carts will chime in. |

Re: Bad voltage reducer question on TXT Elite
One of the whites is transitioned to that red that goes to the solenoid(pic added) The acc only worked while the key was in the on position.

Re: Bad voltage reducer question on TXT Elite
If the key energizes one side of the solenoid, and something else throws a negative to the other activation (neg) side, I can see how that would work with the white being the trigger wire.
