Re: 1975 electric club car
GONEAGAIN look up in stickys ABOVE for 1974 Caroche Club Car wiring diagram as its very similar to 1975 Club Car. Exceptions are---
1- more speed solenoid, 1- more speed micro switch, 1- more resitor coil unit THE REST OF WIRING IS THE SAME SO YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK OUT ANY NEEDS. Hope this helps you out? |

Re: 1975 electric club car
I'm good with mechanics but wiring is not my best subject, color blind sometimes makes hard, but I still like to take things apart and find out what make them tick.

Re: 1975 electric club car
I have a neighbor that is color blind and I see what problems it causes him. You will have a hard time seeing color coding on wiring and that could really make it hard for you to trace electrical wiring?
GOOD LUCK |

Re: 1975 electric club car
The only way to learn is to do just what you said, tear it apart to see how it works and then you will never forget how to repair it later on.
This is how I learned my mechanics trade starting at age 12 and retiring at age 65? I tore autos down during night time hours for mechanics to repair during day times. Later I was able to switch to doing the repairs and becoming one of the ( First Licensed Mechanics ) in the state where I lived at the time. Never stop learning!!!!! |

Re: 1975 electric club car
Yes I sure do Steve as thats what they said about me for most of my working life. I have now since retiring in 1989 lost all connection with newer computor controlled autos functions, but still have a working knowledge of computer controlling as I taught myself to work on items like that after retirment to have a supplimental income working for a HAVC design company as an adviser on larger municipal buildings.
