1st and 2nd build
New to the cart world and new to this site. Building my first and second cart. One for me and one for my dad. They both came straight from the golf course. 2007 Ezgo PDS.
I guess this is my build thread. Plan is 6" lift (I know PDS, Blah Blah) 23" tires, 12" Alum Wheels, 400a controler, Plum Quick motor build, rear seat kit, etc, etc (looks like I need to fix date on camera) To start things off, Full disassembly..... Then send the frame to the sand blaster, then powder coater. Battery box was really rusty. Cut body for lights and little body work and sanding before paint. |

Frame gets same powdercoat, thats about as far as it goes. I will be sandstone and black and silver (aluminium) wheels and the other one little, darker sandstone and burnt orange with darker sandstone and silver wheels.
I'll post a pic of the wheels later today for the ones interested. |

Re: 1st and 2nd build
Very cool If my dad was still alive, i'd build him what ever he wanted...faster/badder then mine, just so he could beat me in a race, he'd deserve it for putting up with me growing up Nice shop/garage and the gas pump is killer More build pic's and great comments please.

Re: 1st and 2nd build
Thanks for all the comments on my builds. Started putting back together tonight. Graphite grey for the powdercoat. Turned out great, even though you can't see it when its assembled.
Here is my Dads wheels. Dirty already! My wheels are the same except the color. |
