Default charging problem

I have a 2003 Electric I.Q. Golf Car, 48 Volt regen that has not been used in 4 months.

Batteries appeared dead, so plugged in the charger. Charger did not come on. Followed instructions to reset the OBC - never got the "beeping" after 30 seconds.

Disconnected all batteries and charged batteries 2 at a time with a standard charger. Still won't run - charger still doesn't work.

Could the OBC be out?

Thanks from Texas.

Could be the charger? Could be the obc? What is the voltage reading?

You could jump the relay inside the charger to see if it works.

Yes 50 volts would be charged. 50.9 is 100% capacity.... now not going? That is another problem. Does the solenoid click?
