TXT DCS was smoking

My grandson was riding golf cart and when he brougt it back to the shop he told me it was smoking. Upon inspection if found a battery cable very loose.
It would try to turn the wheels if jacked up but now it does nothing.
I used dianostic sheet from this site but base on that I get results saying it is the resistor on Solenoid, throttle sensor and F/r Switch. I dont think it is all of these. I have replace the controller once about a year ago. I think it was rebuilt. Batteries are OK.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
