Default What anchor to use?

Very off forum topic here, but I have question for the builders/carpenters out there. I'm mounting something about 20lbs or so on the outside of my Rv. It has a fiberglass shell and finding a stud may not be an option. I need a hollow wall anchor that will hold to slight abuse. I don't think a butterfly or drywall anchor will work very well. Any other ideas out there? Thanks in advance.
