Much as I'd love to help, it sounds as though you are tuning up your cart but reading your post gave me a headache.

My bad, I was having a bad night. I figure you are going .25 over standard with your rebuild and that, with the other mods you describe should make for a nice motor. That said; you won't see much benefit if you still have the rpm limiter and governor in place and they are there to protect your engine from over revving. Unless you have the rotating mass, (crank, flywheel etc) dynamically balanced the engine will likely have stronger torque than standard but won't go any faster. What are you planning to use it for ?

Governor and revlimiter are off. I own a campground so it gets used alot it has to be able to go when needed and still have power to pull a trialer part if why I haven't put speed gears in it. I'm trying to get more power and speed out

Power (torque) and speed (hp) don't go hand in glove. That's why Farmers use tractors to pull out dead cows from swamps (torque) and NASCAR drivers can't afford a rear view mirror on either door for fear that the drag will cost them mph's (hp). Everything is a trade off. Unless you go big block you are looking at a compromise at best.
Ask yourself what you want.

I would rather have speed. But if it wont go up a hill with 2 people on it then it pointless
