The crank bearings look like a complete lose, but the case should be ok. Get a can of engine wash and a brush, and remove as much of the grease and dirt first. Then soak the parts in a bucket of ATF as previously mentioned, or Murphy's Mystery oil. Even after soaking you may still need to use a hammer and driver to bump the bearings out of their bores. After getting the bearings out, since I'm a hopeless perfectionest I'de get some fine steel wool soaked in ATF, and polish off the oxidation in the crankcase. Then wash the case in hot soapy water, followed by rinseing with very hot water so you get all the contaminants out. The case tends to dry very fast if hot water is used. I guess due to the fact I usually build auto engines I like to lube everything with assembly lube because it clinges as long as needed, but 2 cycle oil works too.

The link to rebuild manual posted by mb523 doesn't work anymore. I'm planing to rebuild my ec25-2pg. Can you guys send me rebuild manual?

How's engine working so far? Did you have any problems with putting back together?
