The steering joints came from a race car shop. They are NOT CHEAP! If I remember correctly they were around $50 each. Don't go cheap here because they will break. I broke 2 sets before I bought the race joints....and guess what...even those didn't hold up well. The prroblem was not the joint but the design of the steering. Since your using most of the steering from the 300 you should be fine.

Looks like you had one heck of a lot of work into that front end. Glad to hear it will not go to waste!

Why make your job difficult? Just buy any 4 wheeler golf cart. Cut the front end and simply weld to the other half of the Melex 3 wheeler.

Hi Scotty, I sent you a PM re additional parts that you might have. I am buying your starter/gen and already instructed my son in Las Vegas to pay you by Paypal. Just confirm if you have the other parts I requested. Otherwise, just the starter for the price you quoted.

I think you have me confused with somebody else. I am in California. Is your seller in Ga. or Wi. by chance? NICE thread hijack!

YUp, I am sorry. Wrong Scot.

Anyway, I enjoy reading/participating in this forum. But my idea of cutting two carts and using the front end of the 4-wheeler is rather seriously given. We used to do just that when we were in RC racing (1/10 scale electric).
