Lightbulb Removing an EZGO clutch

Hey yall, finally got my clutch puller and my new (used) clutch from Matt. I figured I would post some pics of the pulling and install, maybe it will help someone if they ever need to do it!

I packed the hole with grease before putting the puller in. It creates pneumatic pressure helping coax the clutch off the shaft.

Tightened it down and had someone hold the clutch. A few sharp cracks on the end of the ratchet and I was holding it in my hand!

Old one off, new one ready to go back on!

Just put the new one on the taper and tightened down the bolt. DONE!

Easy as that!
