Default 88 Flat Head Motor Rebuild.

Hi
I hope some one out there can help me with some info. To cut a long story short my motor was a bit noisey, so eventualy I ripped it to bits only to find that the con rod was loose on the crankshaft(very loose and very worn). Does anybody know the diameter of the crankshaft were the con rod sits on it, it does'nt look to bad but I just want to check how worn it is. Also does anybody know the torque settings for the head bolts and the cylinder to the crankcase.

Cheers
Adie.
