Smile Should I sell my ‘19 2Five?

Let me start by saying I love my 2Five but have concerns since it was discontinued.
Finding parts and accessories may become an issue? Already is since no websites that I’ve found really list the 2Five as a model they service parts for. It’s the oddball as far as aftermarket stuff. Some say RXT stuff fits, others say no.

Why was it discontinued?

The LSV market is super hot in NJ shore area now and I could probably make a couple K$ on a resale. Then I could sit out the season and look into latest LSV from all the manufacturers after the stock in dealers get up to normal.

I’d love for BB to mod her up but the Northeast is probably not on the tour…

So what’s your thoughts? I’m looking for some guidance.
Thanks in advance.

Hey there, to answer your question, some RXV parts should fit the 2Five. After all it is an RXV underneath so the drivetrain parts and lift kits should be the same (don’t mark my word on that) but it was likely discontinued due to the people like us who want to make our own golf carts LSVs or the people who want to buy the loaded Chinese crap so the 2Five likely didn’t sell well. As for selling it, I think that’s your best bet. Someone will want that cart who doesn’t want to do anything to it and it will be perfect for them. For you, I’d buy a regular RXV if you liked the 2Five, as they drive the same way and parts are readily available for the RXV.

Thx for the input.
An issue here in NJ is to register an LSV, you need to have a VIN# and titled as an LSV.
There are some dealers here converting old carts to LSV by doing DMV certifications. Seatbelts, DOT windshield and lights are the basics.
And I’m not going near the Chinese copycats.

When I bought the 2Five it was because it was an EZGo. There’s a ton of knockoff junk rolling into pop-up dealers now around here as the popularity is going up.

Haven’t gotten that far as a price yet.
Would be around $12,500.
Putting on fresh tire this week.

Wow, that's a lot... getting a cheap RXV and making it street legal as i did would be much, much cheaper ( i've paid below 4k $ ready to go ). You'll have no problems with any parts also. But it's a question of your local laws for sure.

That’s steep, I agree I’d just get an RXV and convert it to an lsv… much cheaper and much easier to upgrade.

If it were me and I could that kinda coin it would be gone in a Jiffy. But honestly as so many here said its and RXV upgraded for street law and if I'd like it as much as you say, I'd keep it for sure!
