Default Transporting SMT-4 in the back of a truck

Hello all. I have a Super Duty Long Bed and would like to take our 2010 SMT-4 with us on camping trips. When measuring, the rear tires of the SMT-4 would land on the tailgate which is a no go when towing our RV. Has anyone used a sled deck or have any ideas as how to make this happen? Any ideas or pictures would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
