Default 1992 Yamaha G8 Electric 48v conversion

Hi, first timer here. I am upgrading my 1992 Yamaha G8 Electric from 36v to 48v. I purchased 2 48v lithium batteries, Alltrax motor controller, new solenoid, D&D motor, and wiring upgrade. I am just about complete with the project but I am having trouble finding what to do with a couple of wires specifically the brown and the red/yellow (R/Y) wire. Is there anyone that has a picture or a drawing that shows this? Any advice appreciated.
