Question 2007 Summit Drags on wheels

I have recently acquired a 2007 Summit 4 passenger. No problem so far except when 4 people in it. Tires are dragging on chassis over speed humps. Not sure if suspension is bad or previous owner put oversize tires on it. Saw another Columbia in my area w/ smaller front tires. Looked for a spec sheet regarding tires, but couldn't find anything. Current tires (all 4) are 175/70R13 and it has the upgraded 5 lug silver rims. If tires are properly sized, what suspension pieces should be replaced to stop this embarrassing sound over speed humps or up 1/2" driveway entries.

Thx in advance, Dave

Well after some digging through the site, I found a very similar problem that another user had regarding Service Bulletin SB15-005. As my unit is a 2007, would it make sense to also replace the shocks when I have it apart for the repair? Is the updated leaf spring only for the front or should it be done in the back also?

Dave, the fifth leaf is for the front. For the rear there are inner coil springs that go inside the normal coil springs (CVG709190)

Thank you. I just placed the order for the front leaf, real coils and shocks x4

Much appreciated.
