Default Patching a large hole and fill little holes on body

I have a G19 body im going to be painting soon. There are a few holes from clips around the body and one large 4x4 square hole. Ive heard different things about bondo cracking. I was considering using fiberglass and epoxy to make a patch on the back side and filling in with epoxy or light bodo. Any suggestions for the patch and small holes?

Body filler is great for smaller repairs, but if it's a large area a patch panel is the better choice, then finish with filler and icing. You can make a panel out of fiberglass fairly easily. I would do most of the repair from the inside then finish the outside with minimal filler etc. If the body is plastic you can make a patch panel out of a spare body section if you have one. Sometimes people give away old cart bodies, worth looking around. Cart shops will often have stacks of old bodies that aren't any good, could try that. Just cut a piece and fit it nice and tight, then epoxy it in.
