Re: Jakes lift
Lots of things are like this right now. I ordered a couch in December. Said 8 weeks, now it won't be in until July. I went and looked at hot tubs lol, 16 week wait. It's all demand driven at this point. Too many people buying this stuff, not enough stock to fill the orders. The stock is low because raw materials is low from covid. Labor is also slow because of covid restrictions.

Re: Jakes lift
I don't understand how they can stay in business with doin this to people. I've been waiting since 8/10/2020 lol still says processing and if I do speak with someone they cant even tell me when there orders will be put into production.
However in December I spoke to someone named Alix and they told me they will be making 20 Long arm Kits in January and I was among these kits, now here we are 4 months later and this "Alix" person seems to of fell off the face of the earth and everyone at Jake's wont backup what there employee said. I'll get my lift kit in like 5 years. |

Re: Jakes lift
It is unfortunate. I had ordered a Jakes brake kit 4/17/2020, I received it last month. That was with monthly emails to customer service to see when my parts would ship. Be patient, they are working through it.

Re: Jakes lift
any other options out there that you could get a refund? Which actual kit did you end up ordering and where from? Jakes directly?

Re: Jakes lift
So finally after 10 months my Jake’s left finally came over the weekend, I ripped it apart last night and removed the factory 4 inch jacks lift. I found a few rust spots on the chassis that I’m going to take care of and clean up the spring plates and coat everything with some rusoleum to prevent future deterioration. Other than that chassis in pretty good shape I’m definitely looking forward to getting this lift installed
