Default Convince me...which cart for my build

OK guys the idea of a diesel swap golf cart project is brand new for me. I just saw one posted on Facebook and immediately new my next project. I've seen people do the bike engines in golf cart swap and .....na. Been done to many times. And i'm actually in the market for a used golfcart. So i'd like to ask a few questions and i'm sure i will get many different answers but lets just stick with facts if possible. Kubota or yanmar which would be easier to convert in a cart?

Kubota model?
Yanmar model?

Which cart would make for the easiest conversation ezgo, club cart, or yamaha?

Ezgo?
Yamaha?
CC?

Can't wait to get started.

I installed a Kubota 3 cyl in a Club Car, you can find it here on site. There are plenty of issues to deal with, if you have access to a Machine Shop it's a real plus.

Kubota D722 or D782

The D722 was used in a club car, the XRT1550, though not a conventional 'golf cart'.

Access to a machine shop (if you know how to do the machine work). If you are like me and don't, machine shops in my area charge $95 per hour and additional fees if you are fabricating a piece.

Best of luck with the build!
