Default My 09 Electric Drive Build

-First off i would like to start off by thanking this forum for all the info I have learned. I am pretty positive that without this forum my cart would not have been transformed!! I have been messing with my cart for pretty much the whole month of July.
A few special people that i would like to thank would be:
1. Brent from golfcartking.com - He probably should win the best customer service person of the year! I will continue to order from those people!!
2. CGTECH- He has been super awesome, answering pretty much everytime I post on here.
3. "Don" from Plowman's Carts - Super patient, and very helpful with me when ordering and installing my Altrax controller.

-Things that i have done to my cart:
1. Changed the hub on my front drivers side. (golfcartking.com)
2. 12" Rims on 215/40/12 tires
3. Put in all new Trojan 8 volt batteries.
4. Installed Yamaha mounting plate for my voltage reducer. Part # JC1-F7876-00
5. Installed voltage reducer - 20 Amp (golfcartking.com)
6. LED Light kit - Red Hawk is the manufacturer (golfcartking.com)
7. LiTESeasy LED light bar kit - (Amazon)
8. Altrax 300 Amp controller - Don also programmed it for me (plowmanscarts.com)

-I did a lot of the installation, but i had my electrician friend come help me finish with wiring up the lights the my voltage reducer.

-Thoughts going forward:
1. This cart will fly with the altrax 300 controller!!
2. I'm anxious/hoping my battery life will stay the same. Kind of wished I would have installed a battery meter, I was a bit hesitant due to all the ones I saw had mixed reviews..

-Well i guess I spoke too soon...
-After installation I drove it a good bit and everything was fine. Plugged it up to the charger and it charged. Earlier today I drove it a little then came home and charged it. All is still fine. Well later this afternoon I drove it and when I got home I plugged it in to charge and the LED's on my one month old DPI charger flash two times then shut off.
-I've replugged the charger in multiple times and the same result. 2 flashed of all the LED's then the charger shuts off??

Figured I'd post this. I was able to cruise at this speed on my all stock cart outside of my Alltrax xct 300 controller and 12" wheels with street tires.
