Cushman Hauler 800 wheels and tires
For Christmas we are looking to purchase some new wheels and tires for my dads 2020ish Cushman Hauler 800. It’s non-lifted and I was curious what’s the largest wheel and tire we can go with. I don’t see anything that references Cushman on any of the websites. Would it be the same as an Ez-Go?

In 2020 Cushman was made by EZGO as one of their models. Get an EZGO Dealer to tell you what size tires and wheels you can use with it.

Re: Cushman Hauler 800 wheels and tires
You will certainly want to get the model number and serial number of the cart before contacting an EZGO dealer. You will also want to confirm the actual size of the current tires and rims and the bolt pattern.
If you are also looking at aftermarket rims, you will need to confirm that the rim offset will work for that particular Cushman. It might be hard to surprise your Dad … but you will want to avoid being disappointed if you happened to buy tires or rims that won’t fit properly. Looking at the link to the rim and tire specs that kgsc posted, there does not appear to be other options for a non-lifted cart, size wise anyway. |

You should be able to go to 20" tires but as others say, make sure the rims will fit. You should be able to go with anything that will work on a TXT or EZGO/Jacobsen Hauler 800 as it is basically the same machine just slightly different bodywork.

Thank you. I will work on getting a serial # off the cart. Current size is 20x8.00-10.

Not to be a buzz kill but not everyone has the same taste. You might just want to give him a picture of a set of wheels and tell him to find what he wants with your help of course.

Re: Cushman Hauler 800 wheels and tires
I have a 2019 Cushman Hauler Pro 72v. Put some pretty aggressive mud tires on it - 22" x 11" w/ my 10" stock rims. My GC is stock, no lift kit. They rub pretty bad up front & sometimes in the rear. Bought them thru Chaparall Motorsports, they have a huge selection BTW. Cart came w/ those crappy standard GC tires. I live on a small farm and was getting stuck ALL the effin time ! Now I never get stuck in the mud !
Bought mine used w/ 250 hrs for $5700, looked brand new !! No problems so far...except I can't find a lift kit ANYWHERE, and believe me I have been searching for 1& 1/2 years. Also with the 8 volt system, very difficult to figure out how to add my wench and more LED lights. Brock |

Re: Cushman Hauler 800 wheels and tires
Blyon, can you post more pics of the front and rear suspension? Might be another brand lift kit out there someone could recommend.
2 or 3" might be enough to stop your rubbing. |
