Get outta my dreams, and into my cart - MadAktion
Just introducing myself…
I want to start by thanking everyone here, both the experts with all the knowledge and the novices asking all the silly questions. Without this forum, I wouldn’t be as far as I am already! I purchased a 2016 fleet club car precedent earlier this month and have since spent countless hours on this website. I have already added a full light kit, and hope to go the auxiliary battery route soon. Thanks again all! MadAktion |

Good looking cart. What light kit did you use and did it include turn signals?

Yensidcamper: yes, it does have turn signals. I really did my homework when selecting the light kit. I just had to have a brake kit the used the spring and timer mechanism. I found what I wanted from a local dealer down here in Florida. He accidentally left the sticker on the box, so i was able to look up the part number on line and see how much markup he dinged me for (ouch). My loss is your gain. It installed almost identical to the madjax kits, so the video tutorials were excellent.

Apparently I need to work on attaching photos? They were bigger, better quality when I posted them...oh, and right side up. FAIL! But you get the picture (pun)

I am not sure what you mean the spring and timer mechanism for the breaks. Can you explain? Thanks. |

Re: Get outta my dreams, and into my cart - MadAktion
I’ve made a number of additions, and I have more in the works...
Since my last post, I added side mirrors with built in front/rear turn signals (ROHX) and a madjax genesis 300 rear seat with cooler/locker bucket. I have also begun installation of a 48V - 12V reducer/converter. I have only mounted it so far, no wiring (maybe this weekend). But I’m proud to say it’s in there solid using only the factory holes (no drilling). I’m thinking maybe I should have made sure it worked before mounting...oh well, can’t turn back now. Soon to come - led light bar, fuse block, and voltage meter... |
