PDS shutdowns randomly and errors

Working on a PDS cart that is randomly shutting down and playing a random beep, beep, beep... There is no pattern just several beeps, you can hit the throttle and it run again, if it if starts to beep and shut down you can cycle the throttle pedal and it continues on. I put the cart in diagnostic mode, but there are no errors played.

Any idea where to look or what could be causing this?

The Service Manual says to check all the which is obvious that wiring is working unless something is dropping out, it also says to check excessive brush dust in the motor, is this something worth doing or should I just conclude it's the controller?

the random beep beep beep...... I've only heard it in controllers that failed.

But yes, you should follow the manual troubleshooting tree.

Yes it don't cost anything to check these things out, you might get lucky
