Re: Yamahauler.....
Thanks Flint. I'm going to use a G22, because of the rack and pinion steering. Tom, said when he changed from G16 to G22 in his wifes big block cart, made all the differance steering/stablity at higher speeds. No plans to "tweek" the front end till the project is a runner.

Re: Yamahauler.....
Yes, have the adapter to replace the sprocket(can't seem to find the U-joint piece that will bolt to the adapter) that's why I asked you about that old Legend car driveshaft you had, but when the time comes, will have to have a "slip" drive shaft made and I'm shure they can figure that out. My biggest concern right now is the parallel 4 link desighn. Plan to "back half" the main frame, add a "lower cross bar tube" for the engine mounts and forward 4 link brackets. Because the diff housing is so narrowed/short on the passangerside, stock brackets would need to be heavely modified. My idea is to have the diff/tires to be "stuffed" into the original body wheel openings, simular to a "Prostreet" look. Had a little problem yesterday completing the rearend assy, seems the Moser axle flanges were to big to fit into the the rotors, had to have them turned down alittle. My freind (an awsome hotrod builder, wants me to bring it to his shop for the fabbing, I'm torn, because I would really like to do this myself and would like to save the cash, but 2 minds and all the tools would shure be nice. We'll see.

Re: Yamahauler.....
Spent alittle time today assembling the axles, 10.5 rotors and calipers and rims and tires. I'm just at 44" (outside) tire to tire, it's going to be close stuffing them into the stock body. As you can see, the passangerside axle tube is very short, will make the 4 link brackets and coil over shock mounts more difficult. No one said this was going to be easy
