For the most part, all the fab work so far has been done with the following: Band Saw Tubing bender Drill Press Grinder Welder Michelobe Light More hours than I can count and a drop or two of blood |

What did you use to bend those top brackets??? Look like clean bends.
I see alot of grinding hours involved in that, Looks almost CNC done. Good work! |

For the top Airbag Brackets, I made all 4 to the rough shape, then tack welded them together and ground them all at the sme time, that way they are all almost the same exact shape, as for the bends, I cheated, we have a press brake at work:) The front drilled crossmember has been the most time consuming. It started out as a piece of 8" x 12" x 1/2" plate. I have about 6 hours of fabrication in that piece alone... |

I believe it. I use to do alot of minitruckin fab with air bags. Made all my own brackets and c notches ect..... Glad to see this in the golf cart world, might have to buy another one to start fabing on.

Finally got around to mounting the rear airbags on my cart. Still got some cleaning up to do before the final weld though.
