Default Comet 780 advice

I am having a issue where my clutch and secondary aren't fully shifted out until 4100 to 4200 rpm. I would like to be fully shifted out at around 3500 rpm. Can I change springs or weights to achieve this. Could my problem be with the secondary. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I am running the green springs with the 68 grams weights. My upshift is in the range you are looking for.

Thank you raydhd, does this combo also lower the initial engagement rpm?

What secondary spring are you using? What clock position?

I was going to say my secondary is set up with a stock spring on B 1 BUT I don't know how EZGO secondaries compare to yamahas.

Belt Palace has the parts, but I don't see any chart for tuning.

In checking different venders ez go seems to have two secondary clutches available for my cart, a regular and a high torque. My guess is I have the "high torque" secondary. It seems functionality ok so I may just change out the primary clutch to lower the shift out rpm. Do I necessarily need to also alter the secondary clutch, or will it be fine?

They are 2 different items. I actually changed my secondary before redoing my primary. Search "comet 780 springs" and the is a site for 6X6 world and one of the members gives a link for QDS with a chart. Not enough of a computer expert to tell you how to get there directly. Maybe somebody on here can figure out a direct link.
