I may have over done it! i finished with the lift, front end alignment and added 5" spacers on the rear!

The cart is a higher and wider than I anticipated! I am still able to get through my gate, but if I had raised sidewall letters, the cart would not make it through! LOL. i made it stiff for off-road, and a rear seat, but it may be a little stiffer than I need. I think it will be better for the cart on the whoop-de-doos we have as water bars on our roads, though.

Once I get the top on, it will not fit in my garage!

Now to add the controller, etc!

Tonights project around here is squeezing 23X10.5-14's under a Club Car, LOL - I have both LT and Spindle Kits in stock, we're going to *try* to get away with the Spindle though as this started off as a "Budget Build" but I have the feeling that the LT is going to end up under there

I just bought a G22 and planning gonna do a LT lift as well. Also wondering about rear wheel spacers. That is 5" of wheel spacer on each side???? Or 2.5" each and 5" total?

I finally am making progress with my cart! After many trials and tribulations, I realized i was missing the speed sensor wires, thanks to Scotty'B and CGTech!.
I ordered a new motor which was in the long range plan and installed it. (putting the repair money toward the new motor.) The D-2 fit without shock modification on the long travel!

Now to get programmed!, i have to borrow my sons PC as i am a MAC user! I already have the ALltrax info, thanks Alltrax help desk!
Thanks for the help and patience!

I have about 6 miles on the new motor! Phone app show 26 mph, also acceleration on an incline. Following the break-in guide that came with the motor. Another week of suburban miles and off to the deer lease for a real test!

Now to put the the rest of the body and accessories on. Pictures to come!

Thanks for all the help! U-tube is my friend!

PS: have rear fender flares on!

Installed fender flares, but.... got the clay basket on and mounted a 7.5" 36 watt, dual row white/amber light. Will hook it up and see how the brightness is!

It's done already?! But it's only been three years!

Cart looks good! Hopefully you get to enjoy it for longer than it took to build it.

LOL! I'm a slow learner! Not finished yet!

It's been 3 job changes, (no income in-between), COVID -19 and who knows what now!

I just decide to pull the money out of the kids' college fund and work on the cart!

I blew the light out last night!!!! argh!
