Re: Performance enhancement - motor replacement?
To close this out here's what I got accomplished....
2 gauge cables installed. Admiral D2 motor installed. HD rear springs installed. MadJax Executive front seat - pricey but so much more comfortable than the stock seat. I always felts I was sliding off sideways on the old seat. I didn't do any reprogramming of the Alltrax even though I hooked up the cable so however Scottyb set it up for my stock motor is where it's at. Motor bolted up pretty easily, nice fit. Took the cart out and the fastest reading on my phone GPS recorded 27 mph. I don't want to go any faster than that with my lifted car on 23's. A little more torque off the line but a smooth delivery. The more noticeable difference is how much more quickly it gets up to speed vs the stock Hitachi. Just what I was looking for. Very happy with the result. Thanks for the motor Scottyb. |
