Default G29 Drive - 6in Lift Kit Front Leaf Question

I just installed a MadJax 6in lift on my G29 Drive 2016.

The question I have is the Front Leaf Spring Blue Bushings. How tight should that bolt be on each side. It came preinstalled and is very loose I can spin it with my hands.
