I hoping we can find somebody willing to share a Bad Boy Buggie wire diagram for the 2 Sevcon controller type.

Thanks in advance

Thank you !
I had my hopes up. That is such an awesome shop manual but, alas, the only diagram shows 1 motor and 1 controller.

We are still looking for the 2 controller and 2 motor wiring diagram.

Let me have a look....

If this isn't it, let me know, I'll try others.....

But, dont ask me every detail on those, I cant stand them & hate to even see them at the shop. Worst plan ever, i cant stand sevcom millipac (also used on "Polaris Breeze", another problem child).... i do what I have to with them, & have some software, but it's one I hate (& wont bring up here if i can avoid it) . Same for old Kinetek, a ******* nightmare! Kinetek still has a controller I sent them about a decade ago, they stopped responding .....

Bad Boys are indeed 'Bad'. They're definitely aptly named.

Hate them as well. Hunters win them in contests and they die in the field like the deer.

Overweight, underpowered, and crappy controllers, and constantly changing them twice a year or every ten days, whichever comes first. They protect their service manuals as if they're an act of government. I'd love to get inside one of their shops to find out what really goes on.

You can't give 'em away here, so folks just win them in raffles or contests. They don't know they're getting ripped off. You can't tell them either.

Apparently everything you guys said is true. I have for years seen a steady stream of inquiries to help repair these things. Alltrax has finally got on board this project and I think we will see an adapter eventually... no telling when.

Thank you for the diagrams. As always the community has been a great resource.

I contacted Alltrax last week about this same problem. They recommended an XCT48500 controller to use on these machines. They also said you had to make your own harness or connections. They would provide pins outs for their controller to facilitate making connections.
If I buy the new controller I'll try to keep track of pins , plugs, procedures to share with the group.
