Trojan T145 batteries - any good?

I'm being offered 8 Trojan T145 batteries - are they any good and if yes, what is a good price for them? They are new take offs from a cart that the owner upgraded to AGMs.

T-145 are the highest rated Trojan 6v golf cart battery. Since they are used, consider this, there is no AGM with equivalent ratings, they might be old, or abused. T-145 are quite expensive, and usually special order from the distributor. I'm saying this because I'm somewhat suspect of this sellers motives, considering they were expensive, likely special order, and not matched in the AGM group.

Looks like I lucked out. The seller is a dealer of Cushman vehicles - his customer did not want to have to maintain wet batteries so these were taken off before the vehicle was delivered.

Got them for $100 ea.
