Deluxe LED light Kit Front Light Bar Won’t Work

I purchased this led kit from Amazon. Finally got it all installed, and everything works except the front headlight. Brake lights work, turn signals front and back work, horn works, but this LED bar won’t light up. They sent me a replacement headlight assembly because we thought it was defective. New one arrived today, so i plugged it into the madjax wire harness that came with the madjax voltage reducer, and it flicked on for a split second, and now it’s dead. Can’t get it to turn on, but the turn signals on the assembly work fine. Frustrated and any help would be greatly appreciated.
