Default 2011 Yamaha Drive Rear Squealing Problem

My cart squeals on take off and when going at slow speeds, it is something in the rear but I have no idea where it is coming from. As I slow down even not pushing the brake it makes a squealing noise like the axle is rubbing or something...

Can someone tell me if there are grease ports on the axles or somewhere else I need to grease up and see if it helps. I honestly do not know where any grease ports are on the cart at all. Anything else I can check? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Drive electric has zero grease points. Squeak is directly related to speed (sound increases with speed increase)?

Yamaha Drive golf carts have spacers between the rear hub and the transaxle housing. they look like the axle tubes but they are actually covers. if you can reach under the rear of cart and spin the axle tubes on either side...the nut holding the hub in place must be tightened...this often causes an annoying grinding or squeak noise. Not a sure thing, but one of the most common warranty jobs from brand new carts we sell that come back for a "noise" issue.

The Squeaking was driving me crazy, I lubed every joint & bushing I could find to no avail. Read your post and that was my exact problem!! Thank you!!
