Rich, I've used PPG economy on several plastic cart bodies and it holds up very well, you do need to spray it with the compatiable primer first. If you want the info I will post the version I use. I do scuff the plastic with 200 grit before I shoot the filler/primer and shoot the base coat within 24 hours, same with the clear coat.

Pictures of lift before priming and painting. From the floor board to the ground with just the little 22 inch jumberjacks it sits 27 inches off the ground
