Easier Pic Uploading

A better image upload feature has been installed. In the posting body you will see a Button that says "Upload picture" Click that and the rest is self explanatory. It will also resize the image if it is over a set pixel limit. The resize feature will come in handy for some users who do not know how to. It also automatically places the [IMG] tags in the appropriate places. The pictures are also hosted on buggiesgonewild's own server so people who have firewalls at work can see them.
