My springs are not hooked up cause i havn't ran to store and bought another,..yet

on the bottom of the shifter arm i have a piece of UHMW drilled and tapped

when you pull back on the handle it moves foward and presses the shift up button, same as you push foward it shifts down. I wanted it vice-versa but got over-ruled by a 13 year old. It would have been simple to put the buttons in the steering wheel but hey,...that's too simple.

That's beautiful.... and yes I would have done it vice-versa also but hey keep the kids happy... Best part is, is that im guessing that shifter dosent have $50 in it. the buttons are like $12ea and everyone has a spare old mountain bike laying around lol best homemade shifter EVER...

The handle is something off a Harley. I'm gonna mount a button to an actuator to be able to engage reverse.

Thanks, I did put a lot of thought in it.

Where you been PBJ?

20 year old metal body equals A LOT of body work. I'm no expert but I got it pretty straight. Lot of stuff don't show until after paint. Burnt Orange Metallic,..
and I hope this is the last time I have to take it apart.
