Default Coil-overs

Will the coil over front shocks for the 1994-2001.5 txt also fit the rear? I see that the stock shocks fit both.

I've noticed that too, looks like the measurements are the same I would like to know this too if anyone has done this already would love to hear about it. I think I looked up the stock shocks and the front and rear are the same

I need to look under the rear of an E-Z-GO but there might be a clearence issue with the inner fender cover since the coil overs are quite a bit bigger around?
Been working on Club cars too much... need someone to break an E-Z-GO so I can get a good look again.....

just peeked under the back of my EzGo and it looks like the issue might be the bag well as it sits now with the stock shock it looks like there is only about a quarter inch between the shock and the bag well. I have not been able to find the diamiter of the coil over spring anywhere but if i can find it I might be able to figure out how much room is needed or if the bag well can be modified in any way, maybe heating it up a bit and smooshing it out of the way

Why can't you invert them if necessary?

Just a guess on my part but I bet the fluid would leak out past the seals.

because they would wear out prematurely.... you would basically have a cup holding water and debris if you flipped them over.
