Isnt that an aircooled engine? How do you plan to keep it cool inside the engine compartment. Remember bike engines are designed to have air passing over the fins while trucking down the road. This won't be happening in a cart.

This cart will be lifted, we plan on making an air duct from under the cart to cool the engine, should be fine. If not we will run a fan of some sort

Thanks, Bryan

Well Guys we got a good jump on it this weekend, we are making it a 4 seater and making a custom cooler on the rear! we will be stretching it after its up and running. Here are some pics. I forgot to take a pic of the motor laying on the swing arm,but we ran outta time, we are gunna cut the bike frame so we dont have to make complete motor mounts. Let me know what you all think.

Now I can see what your doing. Lots a work huh? Those 4" bilge blowers I used to cool the engine have been working ok now for over 10 years. Your project looks good so far.
