Yes for these small welders we need smaller wire and increase the feed speed to get the bead to burn in. I am used to useing a Miller 210 at work and thought my little Hobart would work the same. We have to look at the wire like a fuse = the smaller the guage to hotter the burn.

Now I just have to figure what I want to do with the cables. I would like to have something that will keep them seperated and out of the way, but don't want to add anything that will stick out and be in the way.
