You have a X-440. (3-Wheel Marathon)

I don't have a service manual for a 1988 specifically, but here is one for a 1987 and I'm pretty sure the only difference is they went to a one piece differential case in 88 vs the split case used in 87.

Also attached is the parts manual for a 1988.

Here is what I have.
--classic is for BBB with two sevcon millipak controllers.
--series big & small is for BBB with one controller.

I don't know what I did wrong, but I messed something up. All I get is forward. No reverse - whether my toggle switch is in the ON or OFF position. I even disconnected the switch. Forward. Connected the 2 wires together. Forward. Checked continuity of switch and it's working.

All of the main wires are 4 gauge, crimped, soldered, and heat shrink tubing added. The red switch wire is 12 gauge, crimped, soldered, and tubed.

The red wire on the photo (see below) goes to the toggle switch and then to the gas pedal micro switch on the KEY SWITCH side. I labeled everything else. Any ideas? How can I test with my multimeter to make sure the solenoids are working? Help please!
