I got the notcher at Harbor Freight ($40.00), not a real good one but it's good enough for who's useing it!

Is that erw tubing your using or dom? I can get dom for $3.50 ft .085 or .125

Welded .083 $2.51 a foot. I figured for my first project, I had better get the cheap stuff. I did pretty good, I only scraped $30.00 worth.
Believe it or not, no Beer!
Jim, I will have to buy you a cold one at the Outback for copyin your roll bar. How close did I get? I thought since your design had already been field tested, I would go with what works!

Looks good to me Clay. Your back bars are more to the center than mine and looks like they will hold the cooler in. My bars block the tail lights some.

You got it Jim! I was thinkin the same thing about the cooler! Stretch a couple bungies from the 2 supports and it's almost a basket.
