Default Anyone ran these?

I am sure there are a couple threads out there asking this same question but either I am blind or this battery itself has not been used before.

https://osmbattery.com/products/24v-...manufacturers/

Looking at potentially getting 2 of these to run in my 2004 club car precedent.

Stay away from these!!! You definitely don't want two - 24 volt batteries in series.

Go with BGW sponsor batteries and you won't regret it. That means Eco Battery or Allied.

However, since you are located in Minnesota, learn all you can about going to lithium in cold climates. There are a lot of negatives. It may be better to stay with FLA batteries.

I am familiar with lithium and the cold. The cart is used as a run around between buildings here at work and spends most of its time when idle inside a temperature controlled building.

Any further elaboration on why to stay away from them in series?

Series Lithium with separate BMS is a bad idea. Read about it here if you don't know why.

These batteries have a maximum amperage draw of 180 amps. It is easy for a modified cart to exceed that draw resulting in BMS cut off.

Ok thanks for the information. Obviously my cart has some mods and plan to do further ones as well.

Look for 200 MAD minimum. 300 is better
