Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Doesn’t seem right that a smaller-wheeled cart would have a gear ratio designed for torque, same as my L model. Then your 6,000 rpm limit further lowers your top speed. Bummer. Maybe your dealer could work out a change to the firmware with Icon, or worst-case a diff swap to the 10.5?

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Does Anyone have the factory parameters they can share? I have my cart exactly where I want it but forgot to take original settings photos should I want to take it back to factory settings. I will share my tweaks in a different post.

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Hello all! I adjusted a 2022 I40L today. Cart was the typical slow acceleration and 25mph on GPS and speedometer. Was surprised the speedo was pretty accurate.
I made the following changes: 03 02 01 - 51.5 (32mph) Vehicle FWD Speed 05 01 05 - 25.0 (old 10.0) Throttle Map 1/4 05 01 06 - 50.0 (old 45.0) Throttle Map 1/2 06 02 04 - 5.8 (old 10) FWD Acc Full HS 06 02 05 - 3.5 (old 3.5) FWD Acc Full LS 06 02 06 - 14.0 (old 20.0) FWD Acc Partial 10 01 07 - 7200 (old 6000) Mot Base Speed 5 10 01 08 - 400 (original) Mot Current Limit BS 0 10 01 09 - 350 (original) Mot Current Limit BS 1 10 01 10 - 275 (old 230) Mot Current Limit BS 2 10 01 11 - 275 (old 200) Mot Current Limit BS 3 10 01 12 - 275 (old 180) Mot Current Limit BS 4 10 01 13 - 275 (old 150) Mot Current Limit BS 5 Cart now had great acceleration, holds speed on inclines and will do 33mph on the straights. Owner was extremely happy with the results. |

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Interesting. Every time I tried to go above the 6000rpm, it would set it back to 6000. This was on 3 different 2022’s. I’ll try to go through one with your settings and see if there’s something I missed. Did you happen to look at what gear ratio rearend it has?

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
So I tried programming a 2022 I60L that has the 5kW motor, 450A controller, and 14:1 axel and I can’t get it over 27mph with using any of the settings I have seen posted about (as far as I have seen in here).
Any suggestions? Or is 27mph the max people have got for this configuration? When I drive it in monitor mode, the RPMs are only getting up to about 5700 with the max set to 7200, so it isn’t that. Something is stopping the cart from accelerating up to the maximum RPMs, or even close. |

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Gents,
WARNING: The attached IS NOT a manual for our controllers. However, it seems to have a lot of the same stuff with slightly more descriptive information for the settings. Thought it might be useful for some. Also some of the screenshots, it uses same software with JHL vs. ICON For your reading enjoyment Edited: after further review this manual is for controller type LEVD0 and LEVD1.... the 450-amp controller I have in my 2022 is an LEVD1 (scanned QR code) |

Tried these settings yesterday in 2022 I20. All settings took fine except 03.02.01, when refreshed it automatically dropped to 43.6 (original 40.5). Seems like there is another setting somewhere preventing it from going up. Results were a little punchier in the middle, but would not go over 27MPH. I did notice with these settings, when I went to diagnosis, there were quite a few warnings but no faults. (Cart software iD 4, software version 200) |

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
That would be the max rpm.

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Yeah might be more limited by gear ratio (14:1). When went into admin mode and 06.01.01 shows up as 6588… changed to 7200. The 03.02.01 would still not go past 43.6. If I go higher it reverts back.
What I haven’t done yet (I will later) is change the gear ratio to 10 (from 14) and see if this has affect on 03.02.01 Oh well, not super interested in going faster… just wanted to see if I could do it. More wanted cable/live app out of curiosity and diagnosis.. :-) |

Re: 2022 ICON Controller Parameters.
Changing the ratio might allow you to set the top speed higher, but you still won't be able to go faster. Once the controller hits the max rpm it will stop and throw an over speed fault.
