Default DPI 48V Charger Flashes Charging and switches to "Detection"

Recently my DPI 48v Charger started to go into "detection" mode. It will flash that it is charging for a little bit, but then goes to flashing detection. Also, when i plug the charger into the cart, I am not showing any amps on the readout on the charger. I've read that I may need to manually charge the batteries individually first? I don't think they were drained down that far, but looking for possibilities here.

Charger & batteries are less than 2 years old.

Does the cart drive at all? If so, they are definitely high enough to charge.

It drives. Any ideas what it could be?

My first guess is the charger control board. BUT, it's purely a guess without testing. How confident are you in your ability to test 120v & 48v circuits (and that's assuming you have a meter capable)?

I agree, sounds like circuit board trouble.
At 2 years it should be under warranty. Call DPI

When I had that problem here is what caused my problem. I had installed a fuse right where the positive lead connects to the battery. Over time this lead had become corroded. It had become a high resistance connection, I cut the old connection out and replaced it and all was well.

I went to use my cart yesterday morning and noticed my LED display was only showing 49v after being on (DPI) charge overnight, the display normally reads 51v or higher once the charge cycle is completed.
After checking the water level in each of the batteries I noticed the positive cable on the last battery in line had some corrosion forming, disconnected the terminal and cleaned everything up then resprayed with corrosion protection.
Connected the charger after playing nine holes of golf and display is showing 51.8 this morning.
