2006 Gas DS blowing fuses...
Cart would not turn over so I replaced the ignition switch, solenoid and micro switches on the reverse/forward.
Now it blows a fuse every time I press the gas if the key is on. I'm lost as i replaced each wire one at a time. |

Wire diagram here ^ Could be one of the switches is wrong, a wire is grounded out somewhere, possibly a wire terminal touching another terminal, or touching the frame. Or possibly the diode on the solenoid is installed backwards. It only blows the fuse when you push the pedal? |

Found the issue. The new ignition switch was defective, swapped it out and the cart fired right up.
